My sober date is July 30, 2016.

I’m the author of the Addiction and Alcohol Recovery Skills for Women book series.

My work is used in rehabs, peer recovery support groups, therapy settings, and by women looking to boost their AA program, for an AA alternative, or a private way to begin their recovery journey.
